Cooper's Cave Ale Co. opened on St. Patrick's Day 1999 selling their hand-brewed ales, and the early success of these drinks allowed them to expand into the gourmet soda business. Cooper's Cave sodas are all hand-crafted and sweetened with cane sugar in Glens Falls, NY, and are caffeine free. Gracie's Grape is named after Gracie, the loveable dog gracing the label of many Cooper's Cave sodas. The taste reminds us of a grape lollipops.
