Cooper's Cave Centennial Sarsaparilla

Cooper's Cave Ale Co. opened on St. Patrick's Day 1999 selling their hand-brewed ales, and the early success of these drinks allowed them to expand into the gourmet soda business. Cooper's Cave sodas are all hand-crafted and sweetened with cane sugar in Glens Falls, NY, and are caffeine free. This Centennial Sarsaparilla was first crafted in 2008 for the Glens Falls 100 year celebration. The flavor is light on the tongue yet pleasing and falls somewhere in-between "root beer" and "sarsaparilla" on the taste spectrum.
Sweetened with cane sugar.
