Cooper's Cave Dracula's Blood (Strawberry)

Cooper's Cave Ale Co. opened on St. Patrick's Day 1999 selling their hand-brewed ales, and the early success of these drinks allowed them to expand into the gourmet soda business. Cooper's Cave sodas are all hand-crafted and sweetened with cane sugar in Glens Falls, NY, and are caffeine free. This is not your average strawberry soda: it has more of a ripe-strawberry flavor than the candy-sweet imitations you typically find, yet the aftertaste contained a certain indefinable uniqueness that had us reaching for seconds (and thirds) as we tried to figure out the best way to describe the flavor.
Sweetened with cane sugar.
