Cooper's Cave Ale Co. opened on St. Patrick's Day 1999 selling their hand-brewed ales, and the early success of these drinks allowed them to expand into the gourmet soda business. Cooper's Cave sodas are all hand-crafted and sweetened with cane sugar in Glens Falls, NY, and are caffeine free. Wild Cherry tastes just as yummy as it sounds, like sun-ripened cherries without too much sweetness.
